By downloading, accessing, or using the DartsAloud mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
You agree to provide truthful information when creating your profile (e.g. player name).
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account..
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial dart scoring and training purposes. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the App's underlying systems.
The optional voice scoring feature uses your device's built-in speech recognition (Apple Speech on iOS, Google Speech on Android). Voice audio is processed locally on your device and is not recorded, transmitted, or stored on our servers.
You may deny or revoke microphone permission at any time. The App will continue to function with manual tap-based scoring.
Player names, game scores, and training data you enter are stored to provide the App's features. You retain ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DartsAloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
This App is licensed to you by DartsAloud, not by Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App, its content, or its data collection practices.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, consumer rights claims, or privacy claims.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable Standard End User License Agreement ("EULA"), available at .
The App is hosted on a third-party cloud platform. Neither Apple nor the platform provider is responsible for the availability, security, or performance of the App's backend services.
If you use the voice scoring feature on iOS, the speech recognition service is provided by Apple's on-device Speech framework and is subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and may ask you to re-accept the Terms on your next use of the App.
